dwanim it is a music player for audio files kept on your own Mac. It does not collect, transmit, or share any data — about you, about your files, or about how you use the app. It has no network access at all. This policy is short because there is very little to describe.

1. No Network Access

dwanim it is distributed as a sandboxed macOS application. Its sandbox grants exactly three entitlements: the app sandbox itself, read and write access to files you select, and app-scoped security-scoped bookmarks. It requests no network entitlement of any kind.

Without a network entitlement, the app has no technical ability to open a network connection, inbound or outbound. This is a property of how the app is sandboxed and signed by macOS rather than a promise about our conduct, and it has been verified against the entitlements of the signed binary.

2. What Is Stored, and Where

• Security-scoped bookmarks — so the app can reopen the audio, playlist, skin, and theme files you previously chose, without asking you to pick them again.
• Your appearance preference — which theme or skin the player was last using.

Both are written to the app's own sandbox container on your Mac. Neither leaves your device. Deleting the app removes them.

3. What Is Accessed

• Audio files you open through a file dialog or drag onto the player window.
• Playlist files you open or save (.m3u).
• Classic .wsz skin files and .dwtheme theme files you supply yourself.

The app reads these files only to play or display them, on your Mac. Nothing is scanned, indexed, catalogued, or uploaded, and the app does not look at files you have not explicitly handed to it.

4. What the App Does Not Have

• No user account and no sign-in.
• No analytics and no telemetry.
• No crash reporting.
• No advertising.
• No third-party SDKs or dependencies of any kind.

5. Children

dwanim it collects nothing from anyone, and therefore collects nothing from children. The app carries an age rating of 4+.

6. Purchases

Buying dwanim it is handled entirely by Apple. We never see or receive your payment details. The app itself contains no in-app purchases.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Because the app has no network access, it cannot notify you from inside the app; the current policy always lives at this address.
