Privacy Policy for Minute It

Minute It ("we", "our", or "the App") is a video diary application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Minute It.

1. Information We Collect and Use

1.1 Photo Library Access

• Minute It requests access to your photo library (and, where applicable, storage) so you can select existing photos and videos to create and save video diary entries.
• Media you select (photos/videos) is used only on your device within the App to build your diary. We do not upload your media to our servers. Your media never leaves your device for our systems.
• You can revoke photo (or storage) access at any time in your device Settings. The App may then be unable to add new media to your diary.

1.2 Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• We may receive from the store: purchase status, subscription period, and a non-identifying identifier, only to enable or disable subscription features in the App.

1.3 Usage and Diagnostics

• The App uses analytics and/or crash reporting. We collect anonymous usage data and crash logs to improve stability and experience. Such collection is disclosed in-app and in this policy.

2. Data Storage

• Your diary content (videos, metadata) is stored on your device only. We do not retain copies of your media or diary content on our servers.
• The app may collect anonymous usage data and crash reports (for example, via analytics tools such as Google Firebase) to improve performance and stability.
• This data does not identify you personally and is used only for product improvement.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for payment processing handled by the app store/google play.

4. Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold about you by contacting us.
• You may withdraw photo (or storage) permissions in device Settings. Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored App data from your device (subject to your backup and OS behavior).

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you via the App or email.
