Terms of Service for Minute It

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Minute It video diary application ("App", "Service") and
any subscription you purchase. By downloading, installing, or using Minute It, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
- By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Minute It provides a video diary experience, including:

Creating and organizing video diary entries using your photo library (selecting existing photos and videos).

Subscription-based features (e.g., premium editing, export), as described in the App and on the store listing.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
3. Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases
Minute It may offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime options to
unlock premium features. The price, currency, and exact features for each option are shown in the App and on the
App Store or Google Play product page before you confirm purchase.
3.1 Monthly Subscription
- A monthly subscription unlocks premium features for one month from the date of purchase.

Your monthly subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (every 1 month) unless
you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the
then-current monthly price (unless we have communicated a price change in advance).
3.2 Yearly Subscription
- A yearly subscription unlocks premium features for one year from the date of purchase.

Your yearly subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (every 12 months)
unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the
then-current yearly price (unless we have communicated a price change in advance).
3.3 Lifetime Purchase

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the included premium
features for as long as you use the App (or as described on the product page). There is no recurring charge and
no automatic renewal.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Service in the future; our commitment to lifetime access
applies to the App as offered at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices for new periods. Price changes do not apply to your current period; they apply
at the next renewal. We will notify you of any price change in advance when required by the store or by law.
One-time lifetime purchase prices apply only at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancelling Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions

To cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, you must turn off auto-renewal in your device or
account settings:

Apple (iOS/macOS): Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Minute It → Cancel
Subscription.

Google (Android): Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Minute It → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to
subscription features until that date; no partial-period refund is made for the unused portion.
- Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew; there is no subscription to cancel.
4.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective
policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund (for any purchase, including lifetime), use
the store's "Report a problem" or refund request flow.
5. Your Conduct and Content

You are responsible for the content you create and store in the App. You must not use the Service for any
illegal purpose or to infringe others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable
law.
6. Intellectual Property

Minute It and its design, features, and content (other than user-generated content) are owned by us or our
licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our App or its content without permission.
7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable
for any loss of data; you are responsible for backing up your diary content.
8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App or subscription.
9. Changes to the Terms or Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we may
notify you in the App or by email where required.
10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Any dispute arising from or in
connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court
as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
