Does Minute It upload my photos or videos to the cloud?

No. Minute It processes and generates videos primarily on your device. We do not upload or store your personal photos or videos on external servers.

Why does the app require access to my Photos?

Minute It needs access to your selected photos and videos in order to create highlight recap videos. You can manage permissions anytime in your device settings.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your subscription.

How are refunds handled?

All subscription billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple according to their policies. You can request a refund through Apple’s official support channels.

What happens if I delete the app?

Content generated within the app is stored on your device. Deleting the app may remove local app data. Please make sure to export and save any important videos before uninstalling.
