Frequently Asked Questions

Does it upload my photos?

No. All photos and videos are processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Minute It, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting the app removes all locally stored diary data. Your original photos and videos in your photo library are not affected. Exported videos saved elsewhere will also remain.

My phone feels a little warm. Is this normal?

Yes. Creating videos requires processing photos and videos on your device, which may temporarily use more CPU and make the phone feel warm. This is normal and will stop once the video generation is finished.

How can I see how much storage each album uses? How can I free up space?

Go to the Home screen and tap the gear icon in the top-left corner. There you will find the Free Up Space option. After opening it, you can see how much storage each album is using. Tap an album to view the storage used by each month. To free up space, tap the trash icon in the top-right corner of a month.
